Yoga with Fitness-Essentials will be an experience that allows our members to have personalized attention in a small group setting. Our yogis are passionate about teaching, it has been something that they have used to change their outlook on life. Our goal is to create body awareness in order for our members to breath, stand and bend better. Implementing an amazing yoga experience into a weekly program design is a sure way to see results in all aspects of your fitness journey.
Our programs will be designed as one hour yoga coaching session where the teacher will take our members though a workout specific to the needs of each individual.
