Fitness - Essentials is putting the personal back in personal training.

Our motto - "Embrace the change!" Our mission is to create an encouraging enhances experience affecting lifestyle, practice, routine and community allowing our members to reach their maximum potential by embracing positive changes in their mind and body. We accomplish this by providing Fitness Life Coaching which combines fitness education, activity tracker monitoring, scheduled check ins and relationship; Wellness Coaching which combines nutritional counseling, movement screenings for pain, nutrition and mobility concerns; and finally, Semis which are shared personal training experience in a small group setting in order to keep the quality of coaching at the highest standard.
